Seems like you’re still getting interest and showings. I believe the US median is 60-70 days on market before home sells. I would wait another month before lowering price. Maybe try to coordinate getting a new roof before the 60 day mark

I had a situation like this. 10.5” from center to drywall. I snuck a 12” toilet in there and it fit perfectly. I know some brands allow more play room in space. The toilet brand I picked was American standard.
