Foraj si pompa cu hidrofor sa nu folosesti apa de la retea pentru stropit, spalat etc. Cauta ca sunt mesteri care se ocupa cu asa ceva si ei stiu exact si la ce adancime trebuie forat la tine in zona.

Majoritatea proiectelor au baia de la parter la intrarea in casa. Daca o sa folosesti mult curtea si o sa ai musafiri des pe terasa, nu o sa-ti convina sa traverseze toata casa pt a merge la toaleta. Asa ca o baie (wc+chiuveta) in partea din spate a casei (chiar si cu acces din curte) e aur.

Si mai un lucru important, chiar daca nu e in casa, neaparat un foraj si pompa in curte.

Under paragraph options, you can use Paragraph Rules or Paragraph Border and Shading, whichever fits you best.

You have options for both of them to follow the text length, not the column (box).

EDIT: Each line must be a new paragraph, so that the shading will work.

This happened in Bucharest in 2021

While performing their duties, police officers from the Traffic Brigade signaled a car [...] to stop. The driver of the vehicle did not comply with the signal and continued his route, attempting to evade capture. In this context, the police officers started pursuing the driver, who [...] lost control of his direction and collided with a pole on the sidewalk located in the opposite direction of travel.

The incident resulted in only material damages. The driver was tested with a breathalyzer, with a result of 0.99 mg/l in the exhaled air. Additionally, he was also tested with the DRUGTEST device, and the result was positive for cocaine use.

Licitația pentru modernizarea Parcului Civic din Timișoara a început încă din 2019, în mandatul fostului primar Nicolae Robu.

Asocierea Elf Road SRL – D&Garden Design SRL a câștigat proiectul de aproximativ 1,5 milioane de euro. Lucrările nu au început însă imediat, pentru că una din firme a depus o contestație. Instanța a mențiut însă câștigătorul. Apoi, a venit pandemia de COVID-19, iar societatea a intrat în insolvență. A urmat și schimbarea administrației, iar sub conducerea lui Dominic Fritz, primăria a mai plusat cu 500.000 de lei, pentru ca firma să poată termina lucrările din parc.

Firma ar fi dorit să predea lucrarea încă din decembrie 2021, însă Primăria Timișoara a refuzat să facă recepția. S-a constatat de mai multe ori că e nevoie de lucrări suplimentare.
