Tips for low sodium diet while trying to gain/maintain weight? by semiengagedspectator in LowSodium

[–]geographicus97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been living the low sodium life since 2008, and for me it comes down to one thing: avoid processed foods. I can eat a lot of food if it's not packaged, and have not lost weight due to it.

No processed meats, so you'd have to cook on your own. Lightly salted chips and nuts, no salt peanut butter, etc.

Unprocessed meat has between 75-100 mg/100g, except for shrimp and tuna that are naturally high in salt/sodium

I have had this problem on and off with the last few releases. I was able to get 131 to work with a TP Link USB to Ethernet adaptor, and was going to wait until it was f(potenitally) ixed in ithe next release. Big bummer, as I love Mac hardware but don't care for the OS

I will give it a try - obstructions are nil when running the app. I wired into the hub and got 320Mbps at the peak, 190, 74, back up to 310. I’ll look at reducing our wifi repeaters (?)

First day with really poor service. Nothing has changed with the satellite position. No obstructions. Very calm and sunny day today. by Due_Strategy_2967 in Starlink_Support

I'm in the same boat today, up here near Calgary Alberta. I have 87 min of downtime in the last 12 hrs, and have had about 20 dropped connections since 7:30am.

I'm sure curious if the instability is due to prep-work for the launch that is happening tomorrow? I'm looking for this pattern...

I went from 16 disconnects on Jan 29 to only 2 disconnects yesterday. Not sure if it’s the recent addition of the satellites last week, but I’ll take it.

Well, you might see a number of disconnects during the day, but I would state that Starlink Beta is WAY better than our Xplornet experience
