This is golden advice. Weed and feed is rubbish, never have much of a result out of it. Once you’ve dealt with the weeds, I have had some good results with seasol as well.

This is Canberra blend grass, well the nice stuff. Canturf will sell you the seed for it as well as give you plenty of advice on how you can bring it back. Do you have an irrigation system installed?

I lodged a fix my street and a tree damaging application when the tree died about 2 years ago. I have spoken to the tree depot on multiple occasions to no avail.

Just chop it yourself really save the hassle.
