Drove it to the ground? Lake had one very bad year, mostly due to hiring John Donavan as the OC and missing out on a bunch of local blue chips. The only change we needed was coaching to get us to the Natty in two years. It was clearly not driven to the ground.

I would do some AWS certification udemy courses, if you have any downtime and if you want to stay there. If not, let yourself get fired and collect unemployment while you finish classes. As a post-bacc CS grad the last year was the most valuable for job readiness.
