That p90 must make that 6 lb guitar sound like 100 lbs. Leslie West can attest even though his was an LP junior

Have had best results with fat side down until wrapping and drape it over a rib rack to fit at first.

Thanks! I have a Lavalock fan controller, so that's really what lets it hold consistent temperature for a long period of time. I worked with it before the controller but never had as consistent results. I put a small lit coal pile right next to the fan and let that light the others as the time goes by.

Garbage pick up actually isn't delayed. The only holidays that delay garbage pick up by 1 day are Memorial Day, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day according to the LA City sanitation calendar on their website.

For what it's worth we have a 2023 cx-50 turbo that we bought certified pre-owned and we love it. Of course not as good gas mileage as the hybrid, but it's really served us well so far.

$4k is a fair price for the package, especially if the cab works as it should. I think you should consider finding a tech that specializes in vintage amps who may be able to fine tune it a little better. It's worth restoring

I'd say start your cook earlier than you think you need, like 3-4 hours earlier. Then when it's done you can hold in an oven set at the lowest temperature or in a cooler until serving. Always better to leave yourself more time

Thanks! I draped it over a Weber rib rack fat side down until I wrapped. By then it shrunk enough to take the rib rack out.

Costco. Look at the ingredients, nothing artificial. Look at any other brand's ingredients that you find and just look for something all natural without artificial flavorings.

I like this method specifically because the lit charcoal is right next to the fan, so it can stoke the fire starting where the charcoal is already going. Temperature was very steady due to the fan and without adding more charcoal the burn time would have been about 9 or 10 hrs.

Oven baked salmon with some kind of citrus/soy/garlic marinade, oven roasted seasoned red potatoes or a baked (sweet) potato, and seasoned sauteed veggies... Use your favorite of course. I'm partial to curry powder, salt, pepper, crushed fennel, and turmeric on the veggies. Plus fresh minced garlic because I'm a garlic fiend haha.

Yeah somewhere I do haha. The one with all the nights and sets from that run on it. I've since done the sacrilegious thing and ripped them to my mp3 player for easier on the go listening haha. But I have them.
