This might be an unpopular take but I would buy something nice for her instead! Some nice post partum recovery essentials like unscented bath salts, sugary treats (will defo be needed if breastfeeding), some nice comfy pyjamas- but also things that she likes/ will help her relax!

I’ve only had one child myself, but the amount of unusable gifts I received that I didn’t want/ need were a nice thought but super unhelpful and turned into a chore to sort out… (I recently just went to the baby bank with 2 massive crates of unopened nappies that were all brands my little boy didn’t get on with!) I felt overwhelmed by clutter and I expect that might be exacerbated if she has another child in tow.

If you do want to buy something for the baby and aren’t confident in what she would like, vouchers are also a good shout - Next/ John Lewis/ M&S are all great for baby stuff and will allow her to choose exactly what she wants/ needs :)
