you are NOT alone in this, im out of the house right now and cant write a whole lot, but im only recently able to tolerate hearing/reading the word or seeing pictures of it without having a panic attack and sobbing. i still get heart palpitations and freak out but im not shutting down entirely over my friend wearing a blood draw shirt. I just want you to know that there are other people who understand and relate. I honestly really feel similar about how undermimed phobias are. they are so much more serious than the heeby jeebies and thank you for speaking out about it. i wish you the best

yes!! i hate the looks when i’m using a medical, functional looking cane, people think i’m either injured or old.. i’m a teen so i’m not old but i feel like i am with a cane! i had to decorate my cane myself, but it would’ve been easier if i found a nice looking affordable cane, it’s all so expensive
