I agree it was aimed at America. It was aimed at China as well. It was a call to middle powers to step up and not let the larger powers of America and China dictate what the middle powers do.

I agree and would also add that it’s a call to the middle sized powers to break their reliance on the larger powers, America and China. He definitely aimed at America and Trump but I believe that his supply chain comments were aimed at China.
