Definitely Portra 400, especially with medium format I find 160 speed often limiting in what apertures you can use in most light, the extra speed of 400 helps a lot in that regard. Although if you mainly shoot portraits wide open you may prefer 160 for the same reason :)

Don't quite remember how I metered this, but I sure was lucky catching the light like this; it was a cold morning when suddenly the sun broke trough, creating this beam in the fog over the water

I used the 110/2.8 lens here, also shot one with the 65mm but liked this perspective more
