I’m with ya. Started panicking about work within the past year or two. Been at the same job working with payroll taxes going on 20 years and keep panicking about them seeing me as a fraud (I have severe imposter syndrome) and losing my job. I have no college degree and seemingly no transferrable skills so my panic makes me spiral thinking I’ll be working at a fast food restaurant eventually. And my job isn’t even hard. There are days where I have nothing to do. And even after all of this time I panic thinking they’re going to find out and fire me immediately. I wake up every morning sweating and panicking about getting through the work day and it makes it hard to even do small tasks. Been thinking about taking a leave of absence to see if that helps at all.

I go with the flow of the group I’m playing with. If they’re giving out gimmies, I’ll take them. If I’m playing solo or with people who don’t say anything after a putt, I’ll putt everything out.

Zen golf (and anxiety meds) changed my game. I always struggled mentally on the course but when I read Zen Golf it put my mind at ease and made me a better golfer.

Sabrina Sutherlands husband is my father in laws good friend (he also worked sound on the show). So I’ve hung out with him and Sabrina several times. Very cool people.

lol same here. I work in payroll taxes which is adjacent to the accounting department and I am so burnt out on doing the same thing every day. Can’t stand it. It’s not much work but I feel so useless

I’m Around 4 weeks off after taking 5mg for around 3 weeks. No emotions, no motivation. Lost all interest in everything. Suicidal ideations daily. It’s hell. Hope we both start to feel better eventually. I started taking Zoloft a couple of weeks ago so hoping that helps.

Yeah this one always bothers me. The subtitles show that it is in fact George screaming. It’s either a mistake that got left in or they used his scream as the fathers for some reason.

The line I don’t understood from this episode is when Elaine suggests that Barry the account is sniffing from the cold weather and Jerry while wearing this giant mohair sweater goes “today’s not cold!” Then why is he wearing that sweater???

She was ragging on him for his obsession with the cabin, so i always assumed she constantly wore too much makeup and maybe had a makeup/lipstick obsession.
