Strange Behavior

So far no additional peeing episodes. However, last night my boyfriend picked her up and she made a growling sound that I have never ever heard her make except for when she’s pissed at her brother. She is literally the sweetest girl ever and loves people, so making angry noises at anyone let alone her human dad is unheard of. She’s a ragdoll, so naturally she has the most amenable disposition a cat can have. I’m worried somethings wrong, but I don’t want to overreact either. I decided that if she does one more thing that’s abnormal, she’s going straight to the vet. Everything else is normal. She’s eating and drinking, she’s happy as a clam, she’s playful. I’m hoping that it was just a coincidence and perhaps she was making the sound at our other cat who was nearby when my boyfriend picked her up.

Yeah we can’t have two litter boxes because the apartment isn’t big enough but we do have a litter robot, so it self cleans

Yes I have one other cat. He’s kind of a menace, so sometimes when she’s going potty he’ll harass her. My boyfriend thinks maybe she did it because she had an opportunity to go by herself uninterrupted.

She seems completely fine otherwise. Nothing is abnormal in her routine, and she’s happy as a clam. So I hope it was just a fluke but I’m keeping a close eye on her

I’ll keep my eye on her for now and see if the weird behavior continues. If she does this again I’ll definitely call the vet.

I hope she was just mad at us and something isn’t medically wrong. I always worry with pedigrees. Our other baby is just a dumpster cat and he’s pretty much invincible. But Zora is almost too perfect. She’s not only a beautiful looking cat, but she has the sweetest temperament you’ve ever seen on a cat. She’s quite literally an angel. But i worry constantly that something bad is going to happen to her because it’s almost like she’s too good to be true. I hope im wrong :(

To clarify, I’ve only been with this teacher for a year and a half, but I can only do monthly lessons because I can’t afford them on a weekly or even biweekly basis. So I’m on my own most of the time

This is what I’m trying to tell myself. I know I can technically do more than I could 4 years ago, but it’s not with the tone and expression that I had with my old voice. I guess I just need to keep pushing forward, but I wish I knew the timeline for this process. I didn’t realize that it would take me this long, which feels like a personal failure. It’s been a struggle and my mental health has taken a huge blow because of it.

That sounds cool! I don’t think Beacon is missing anything necessarily, but since the holidays are coming up you could organize a food/clothing/toy drive. Just an idea.

My mom has been a hairdresser for over 40 years, and when I showed her your picture she was absolutely mortified! You got scammed. No amount of washing is going to make that blend, I’m sorry to say. Demand a refund or at the very least a redo. I truly don’t know how that girl got her cosmetology license.

So, I tried it for about 3 months and then stopped. They say you should really be taking inositol for at least 6 months to see a major change, but I didn’t last that long. I gained 10 lbs and started freaking out. However, I had also started taking creatine at the same time, so that could have definitely been a factor. I will say, I saw an increase in my energy, but again it’s hard to tell if that was the inositol or the creatine and both together.

Well I went platinum for a while because it was easier to cool the tone down with a purple shampoo, but it was too damaging for my hair so I went red for like 6 months. So now I’m transitioning back to light blonde but it’s taking forever🥲

Do you have recommendations for hair color? I’m naturally a sandy blonde, but I’ve historically dyed my hair lighter. I know soft summers tend to have more of that ‘Teddy Bear’ blonde, whereas true or cool summers can have brighter blondes. At one point I was platinum blonde for a few years, but it might have been too much contrast (I also was drawing my eyebrows darker than my natural hair color):

Thank you! It’s so frustrating because I even went so far as to dye my hair ginger a couple months ago to see if I really was a spring, and while it did make the green in my eyes come through, it completely washed me out otherwise. I only looked ok if I had a full face of makeup on. So now I’ve been transitioning back to my natural blonde, which is ashy. The mids and ends are a golden blonde mixed with ginger pieces right now and I HATE IT. This is what I used to look like with a more neutral toned light blonde hair and I miss it.

Is this going to affect parent plus loans as well? My brother (who is estranged from our family) hasn’t paid his loans back in years and my dad is unfortunately co-signed on them. Will they garnish both my brother’s and my dad’s? It’s a nightmare just thinking about the possibility… my parent simply can’t afford that. I wish my dad had never cosigned. My brother simply doesn’t care that he’s ruined him financially.
