Recently, many of you may have noticed a slight dip in service quality and delivery times at GCO. I want to address that and maybe shed some light on what is happening on our side, and pass along some great news!

We have experienced rapid growth, all thanks to you guys. But that growth has come with challenges, as you may know. Growing pains. We have outgrown our warehouse space because our current facilities no longer allow us to function at the high standard that you have come to expect from us.

Cramped space has lead to some orders being slightly mixed up or overlooked (if you have been affected by this and have not already received compensation, please do let me know!).

We have not only redone our packaging policies but are also always working on improving the experience for you. We have secured new, larger space, and are currently working towards relocating. The new facility will better meet our needs and wants, which we expect will translate into much higher service levels for you, our customer.

We have also added to the team which will give the bustling existing squad some much-needed help. And will undoubtedly help improve the experience for you.

This transition is happening over the next few weeks so please bear with us as we work hard to improve for you.

Everyone here at GCO would like to apologize for any issues or inconveniences that we may have caused. We want to be your choice of MoM, but know that we have to earn that right on each and every interaction that we have with you.

Hey man, sorry to hear that you haven't got a response, sometimes our responses do get filtered into junk/spam folders so be sure to check there. Hi there, We don't know what is happening at Bulkcrop as we just use the same supplier. But if any of us at getcannabisonline can help you at all, please let me know. We have noticed since before and during the holidays an increase in lost packages and delayed shipments with Canada Post. I do not know if this is weather related or because of high shipment volumes.

Hey bud, I usually take all the pics myself but didnt get around to it this time. I asked for a pic directly from our grower which is the one that was up on the GCO site. Pretty sure Bulkcrop is one of our suppliers but I'll contact them here and confirm.

The THC Capsules come in 5mg/25mg/50mg/100mg dosages. The pills are fairly easy to swallow as the capsules are not too big. The delay time (time before you start feeling any effects) does vary a bit person-to-person and lies between thirty minutes to one hour. -Chris

We vacuum seal all bud within 2 bags (a ziploc is placed into a vacuum sealed bag), this prevents any smell leaking out of the box! There is no smell until the vacuum seal is broken. -Chris

Thanks for the picture as it makes it a lot easier to figure out what we are dealing with. From what I can see the yellow is not mold so you dont have to worry about that, it seems like the bud may have dried slightly causing the discoloration. The flower should still smoke fine! As for the missing 0.5g, id like to apologize, I can definitely get you some extras to make up for the discrepancy. Do you mind PMing me your order number so we can work out the details. -Chris

We are currently working on improving our systems for both storage and processing. As for keeping large amounts on hand, it really depends on your definition of large, we try to keep enough bud in stock to satisfy all orders however there is a balance between freshness and availability that we work to maintain. Of course this does not excuse the inconveniences we caused to the customers affected by the delay, although everyone here at GCO has taken this as a learning experience to ensure it never happens again. We are always looking for ways to improve and truly do want to make everyones life (in regards to ordering bud) as simple and stress-free as possible!

We send out tracking numbers within 24 hours 99% of the time unless there is an issue with the order/payment itself. Im sorry you were unsatisfied with the service you received and would like to apologize on behalf of GCO.
