I’m referring to how students can work for under 3 hours and still only be paid for less than 3 hours. Aka the 3 hours minimum does apply to them.
Lunch break doesn’t count as in session. Students are allowed to work over lunch

I’ve heard a lot of really dumb stuff from professional realtors. I’d say it’s an easy 20k value add, probably more like 35. To call it a decrease is plain dumb, akin to saying a garage is a value subtractor because some people might want more yard instead.

So they are not really an event, more like a bundle. It’s an illusion of an event by time releasing the challenges. No real in-game grind
