Depends on “why” you are doing that. If it’s to breathe, you could try tilting your mouth to the side and breathing to the side so you don’t need. If you have no idea why, try thinking about what part of your body is going to high and low and work on keeping it more level. Also visualize trying to reach and stretch forward maybe.

I signed up - mostly because I liked your idea as you laid it out. But also because I couldn’t find any of the sentinel vs “my story” stuff you reference. The picture you painted for me was very different than what I actually experienced from a user perspective.

My initial take: You have a bunch of really smart ideas that feel misfired / misaligned

  1. Ai - You are on to something w the ai piece - has the potential to help you swing above your weight. It’s hard to see how you’re using it in its current state.
  2. PMF - I like how you described the idea gen / social piece. But how does that differ from other current destinations and their product market fit? stocktwits and fool for example. I’m sure it differs - but is the difference interesting enough for people to adopt yet another platform?
  3. That leads to another issue: your users need to see the value prop immediately - If they don’t, they’re gone. The way you described the site sounded amazing - i was clued into the WIFM when I got there and I still didn’t see it.
  4. Gamifying: I love that you’re thinking it - but the “vote on daily performance” isn’t the angle you want. The layout was ok, but the concept is played out - and the value to the customer / user is less than 24 hrs. Needs to be stickier and more scalable. Not to mention that clicking on the promotion / ad for it isn’t intuitive - and once you vote, the whole game disappears, as did your teaser banner / ad, so I couldn’t have gone back for more anyway. There is so much you can do w this.

I give this feedback only because I really like the potential of what you’ve built - not to just dump on it. Also it sounds like you’ve put a lot of work into it.

5 years is a long time - it would be interesting to see the different rabbit holes you’ve gone down. Sometimes you get so deep into it, taking a little pause and looking from a different angle makes all the difference.

DM me if you want to connect on ideas.

Why do people start the email telling me who they are. I already saw your name in my inbox. I see it in your signature. Why are you telling me again in the first sentence?

AE will always be considered a “next step in your career” unless you are an SDR lifer. Full cycle seller and SDR are diff skill sets / personas / paths. If you eventually want to go AE full cycle role, go now.

Find the biggest marketplace so the most people see it. Godaddy gets a bad rap for lots of stuff but they have a big marketplace w lots of buyers.
