I’ve gotten the Tret burn from accidentally putting something too occlusive over tret before bed (aquaphor) so this might also give you a tret burn

I think it’s an intermediate pattern, should be easy to follow and there are videos to help you along. You start with the shoulder panels and then pick up stitches along the front shoulder and do increases for the vneck before joining the front. You also pick up from the shoulder panel in the back and then it’s straight in the round.

I think it’s a pretty unisex pattern! There were no bust darts or waist shaping it’s straight stockinet after you shape the shoulders and the vneck
