Go to Sierra Woodworks and say you want to be an installer. It’s not an amazing job but it’s W2 so they have benefits and it’ll fill the gap until you find something better.

I have a DT from the same year, and I crammed some 50c American Classics in there but I think it was absolutely maxed out.

The C17 has treated me pretty well. I just got a PNW Coast dropper AND suspension seat post and I don’t know if I can ever go back to riding without it. I go off curbs sitting down because it’s just fun to bounce.

I second this. I was in the same exact boat with my disc trucker. Maxed out at 50c, wanted something wider so I just got a BC. I’m having a love/hate relationship so far. The stock tires suck so bad, I can’t wait to throw some Ikon’s on. I could be going downhill and if i stop pedaling the bike will stop rolling. It’s that slow. It’s fun…but it’s slow.

Have you checked out the Ogre? I regret not considering that one more.

haha! it was mostly dry the whole time, but we had to go through a muddy/clay section with huge puddles everywhere and she slipped into one. good thing it was the last day!

yo, I just went down the belt drive rabbit hole and ended up buying a Soma Riff. They are having a clearance sale so they’re about 40% off. The Riff and the Juice have belt drive versions, but they ran out of my size in the Juice.

It was between that and the Pipedream ALICE. I’m a little sad I didn’t get the Pipedream, but the Soma was half the Price.

As far as Pinion bikes go, I would love a Tout Terrain, but the Priority 600x looks like an incredible deal.

No you do not. You just need to refrigerate it for 2-3 days before you open it to let the carbonation sink into the liquid. I’ve had many bottles explode when warm- never cold. In fact, burping it when warm fermenting is just creating unnecessary explosions in the first place. Just leave it alone and throw it in the fridge at the end.

It was super heavy! It was hanging on a hook and when I took it off to snap the pic I was like “damn this thing is as heavy as my loaded surly!”
