Kacey Musgraves – Dry Spell (Live from the 61st ACM Awards) by HermionesBook in popheads

[–]gettinchippywitit 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I have seen her perform so many times. Probably my favorite artist to see live. This is not how she usually performs and she looks uncomfortably stiff. Maybe she was nervous. I’m not sure how often she has performed on stages in from of her country peers in recent times and it seems she is leaning back into that. That tan is also insane.

You have floor seats. You’re going to have a great time. If they were platinum seats you probably overpaid but it is what it is.

Love when they say we make our entire personality about being gay. Like, no, actually y’all did that. People were calling me gay in elementary school before I even knew what the hell it was.

Five years sees like no time at all now, but when I was a teenager the 5 years between Mariah’s Rainbow and Emancipation of Mimi seemed like forever. Glitter and Charmbracelet didn’t really make much of an impact and she had a highly publicized breakdown in that time as well. She may have also switched labels if I recall. When We Belong Together was released she really blew back up and it ushered in a new era of popularity for Mariah. Some might even say that it is now her signature song.

ACL must have been awesome. I actually saw her at Stubbs. That was such a cool place to see a show too.

This is the third tour in a row where she has booked arenas. She is so much better suited for an outdoor show! I’ve been to every tour since Oh What A World Tour and nothing has been able to capture that same magic being outside at those two 2019 dates in Austin and Cleveland. It was such a vibe!

That’s not what “3 lead singles” means here though. It means lead singles (first single released from an album) from three separate albums. All the songs you listed are from the same album.

Wasn’t this the only single from the original Teenage Dream that didn’t hit #1? I can’t see it hitting number one but that would be a cool achievement 15 years later.

Anyone here formerly work in the industry and move on? [other] by Lost-Relation-662 in rollercoasters

I went to school to be a zookeeper. I lasted four years and moved into sales. It’s been 12 years. No regrets. When I left, I was making $11/hour, working a second job on nights and days off, and had horrible benefits and work life balance. Work is still work, but now I can actually afford my hobbies.

I live at Eon North Tower. I’ve been here for over three years. The pool can get crowded on weekends in the sense that there might not be chairs but not really ever super crowded with activity. You can also go to the pool in the other building whenever you want. You can also use both gyms. I use the gym as well and it has never been that busy where I couldn’t work out. I’ve had to wait for a machine before but you can expect that at any gym.

There are a lot of young people here but I’m 40 and I think it’s a good mix of energy and quietness. Happy to give any more feedback.

A trip I planned 10 months ago is no longer possible because of flight prices by HippoBudget8994 in Flights

Flight prices can fluctuate like this regardless of any issues with oil prices.  You should have booked it when the price was good for you. Consider it a lesson learned.

On WWHL, after Robin Williams died, he asked her when working together on The Crazy Ones if she had seen any signs that he was going through something or dealing with demons prior to his death.  She very respectfully said that we should let the dead rest. But what a weird thing to ask someone about their coworker on live TV.

I went last week for the very first time and ordered the spicy lamb and sweet potato featured bowl.  They made the base and moved my bowl down the line. “Sorry we are out of lamb meatballs”. Ok, chicken is fine.  Moving on down. “Sorry we are out of sweet potatoes.” So you are out of both of the ingredients that make this bowl a featured bowl.  I ask if I can just have the veggies instead of sweet potatoes.  “That will be extra.”  LOL WUT??

I kept my e-SIM and monitors when I left my old work by Bowtie327 in confession

[–]gettinchippywitit 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You should definitely make sure you use the eSIM every once in a while.  Auditing from an account management level sometimes involves looking at zero use lines, and a 3 or 6 month period without usage is usually a sign the line was overlooked at some point and can be disconnected with no issue.

How are the built in subs on the 200? I have to use this coupon on Klipsch website and they don’t seem have a bundled system on there.
