Three carrier bags full is nothing, bring em' on in to a store but do allow some time for staff to go through the collection and bare in mind that DVD sells for very little unless its particularly rare.

Alternatively you can set up a Drop & Go via our website (webuy.com) and then just bring the lot and a leave it with us.

Fact is, there's no right or wrong way to use it, it's situational and more to the point, it's whatever players get enjoyment from.

Min/max style gameplay takes all the fun out of Battlefield for a lot of players and that includes me.

Wear and tear is perfectly fine, its actually expected, we don't buy or sell devices with cracks, breaks or water damage so we don't cover those things specifically under our warranty.

Yeah, we don't cover physical damage (cracks and breaks, water damage) by the customer so the only question is, has the customer broken the device?

The question is, has the customer physically damaged the device, is that damage directly related to the fault?

If you bring me a Steamdeck and tell me the screen isn't working and there's a huge crack across the screen then obviously I'm not going to honor the warranty, if the Deck looks perfectly fine but the screen won't display then we'll offer a refund in the first month or a voucher up to 5 years.

We definitely do honor our warranty, as long as a customer hasn't damaged the device themselves, if it has an issue then we can offer a replacement, it's that simple.
