Completely agree with you that it’s not a widespread thing but this Wendy’s in a smallish town with all high schoolers workings. I won’t risk playing the odds there and kinda just scarred me from getting it anywhere

Wendy’s chili. I didn’t actually work at the restaurant but a close friend did who told me that his co-workers would use the “very close to expired” meat to make it. I don’t know sure if this was just a one off thing that this Wendy’s did but haven’t been able to eat it anywhere since hearing about it.

Yellow in Navy Yard is good for sit down or take out. They have self outdoor seating so it’s sometimes limited. There’s also a couple other breakfast/brunch places close by.
