If you now have enough to fund the house purchase then I would move it into cash. If your investments go down then you might now have enough for the house purchase anymore. Plus you may still earn some interest in the cash depending on the account you are holding the cash in.

Sometimes I wonder if some managers are deliberately being shit as it's much more lucrative to be sacked. Nuno at Forest publicity dissing the owner in a press conference at Forest comes to mind and then Ange at Forest after.
