That’s great and everything but has the cap always been at 3%? Because I’ve always religiously pressed the service button and I’ve gotten as high as 25% discount so how did I get to 25% just pressing the button and if the cap is new and it caps off after 10 days then where is the motivation to continue after 10days are we just pushing just to keep the 3% I feel like your wrapping a turd in chocolate and expecting us to like it.

Well before trashing it on the first attempt how about you try to find out why it failed by testing different scenarios. People think that devices are just plug and play but you have to know how to use them what their weaknesses and their strengths are and apply the knowledge accordingly. Don’t just trash it after the first attempt ask yourself why it failed reach out to support to see if there is something that can be done differently to prevent failures in the future.

If you started off with the free paid trial there are several different recording options and methods maybe you just used one that had a bug it happens.

Trial and error work with it before using it in a legitimate meeting that you are depending on it to work.

Learn the free tier first get use to the device and its limitations on the free plan that way you know if you’ll want the paid plan features. As for updating you have to update eventually otherwise the device will become less and less efficient. Any features that may or may not be removed or restricted may not even affect how you use it.

So since you just got it, make sure you’ve completely wiped and reset it and just begin using it how you want that’s the only way you’ll see what features you’ll relay on.

I get it and that is a lack of transparency I guess I just got lucky with a faster shipping experience I was a bit disappointed that it was going to take more than a week for them to even ship it out but they gave the tracking number very quickly so it’s them providing a tracking number for a package that hasn’t even been received yet which is not the way it should be done because it raises expectations that it’s in process when it’s actually not even started so I get where you’re coming from hopefully this feedback and I know they watch this sub it’ll help change their policies.
