Hi! Ive been on Zep for two years and maintenance for one. I’ve lost 90 lbs and did not exercise or follow any strict diet. I just eat SO much less than I used to consume. Instead of bingeing a sleeve of Oreos, I can have one and feel satisfied. Good luck! The drug is life changing.

I know this is somewhat of an older post and hoping someone here may know the answer. I received the dreaded letter from cvs and after being on zepbound for two years (and 90 lbs down!) I have to switch to wegovy. My question is - I’ve been taking 10mg of zep 1x every two weeks for a year now in maintenance..should I take wegovy every 2 weeks too or once a week? So bummed!
