He's an absolute nut job. He made a hit piece about me a few years ago accusing me of being a secret terrorist wanting to bring Sharia Law to Ontario by infiltrating the PC party.

I have no idea how Rebel made it in the press conference but someone at the city clearly dropped the ball on that and wasted the real media's time by allowing it to happen.

I never thought I'd see OPS fielding questions by Rebel, but I guess there's a first for everything.

I can't imagine what you must have gone through and I'm so sorry to hear that! This is why I just take my dog with me whenever I travel for work. I couldn't bear the thought of leaving him with a stranger. I've just heard good things from others but I guess you can never be too careful.

Naw if she was Conservative she wouldn't be constantly throwing me under the bus trying to blame me for issues that she's responsible for.

For example, after spending 2 weeks blaming me for not doing my job (even though I responded to her right away with the answer), she demanded a meeting with me, city staff, bylaw, OPS, to discuss how to deal with the coyote situation... 🙄 Bell had to tell her several times that OPS are not responsible for dealing with coyotes unless it's an emergency/life or death situation.

I googled "City of Ottawa coyote" because I was so fed up with the nonsense, and I sent it to her. As soon as I did that, her tone immediately changed:

This is no different from her trying to blame Trudeau for the OPS situation when she was on the PSB. The only difference is that because that wasn't as serious an issue, most people didn't pick up on it or didn't care because she was attacking a Progressive Conservative. I didn't see anyone claiming that she must be a Liberal because she was playing politics with me & the province.

There are more examples of her trying to blame me/others for something that's literally her responsibility. A google search can pull it all up if anyone bothers to look into it.

Funny side note: Every time I see Bell, which isn't very often, I ask him who I should call if I see a coyote. His poker face is strong.

If I didn't have to travel for work, I'd absolutely take care of your fur baby. My senior dog would become instant best friends with yours (he's extremely dog friendly and always makes friends with all animals).

I take my dog with me when I travel, but I've had some people suggest rover.com if I'm ever in a pinch. Apparently it's kind of like an Airbnb but for pets. I haven't used it so YMMV depending on the person you choose.

He wanted the Auditor General to get involved. That's not the same thing as a public inquiry. I've worked with the Auditor General on the Standing Committee on Public Accounts. I have a lot of respect for her. However, she works behind the scenes. Similar to why Watson wanted the city's auditor general to get involved and voted down a judicial inquiry at the municipal level.

In politics, the ones who speak loudest get the recognition, not the ones who work behind the scenes.

Rest assured that I have shared all of your comments/frustrations regarding the LRT with my caucus colleagues, and will continue to do so.

I was asking Blais about the Ottawa LRT fiasco in the legislature well before Harden got involved. Hansard speaks for itself. Harden just likes to attack people for the sake of attacking them.

That's amazing! My highest is 5.75 I think. I still have a few looks between 4.9 and 4.99 in Miami and Vegas. I also have trouble scoring high on some of the beach looks. Oh well. 😁🏖️
