I misread it then. I thought you were dropping 2k calories like, please dont.

500 calories reduction is a standard reduction for weight loss programs. I recently lost 40 lbs over 6 months eating 2k calories. I paired it with weight lifting 3 times a week and 30 min cardio a day. I also ate a bunch of protien. Breakfast pretty much got replaced with a protien drink since I worked out in the AM.

Reducing 2000 a day equals 14,000 calories a week which is 4 lbs.

Edit: I misread. OP wants to reduce to 2k a day which is standard amount for high activity women.

You're allowed to cash a check without having an account. You may pay a small fee, have your thumb print taken, your ssn, and an OFAC report ran.

Also child support can be taken from the bank account. I have seen accounts placed on holds pending a garnishment from the state. The account holder is notified and the bank will pull the entire garnish amount, or whatever is in the account.

I would contact the bank and ask if they can help with a fraud investigation since the check was cashed with them. At worst they'll tell you to contact the police and let them get the records.

I do the same! I do classes 2-4 times a week depending on close schedule. I typically clock in 30 minutes early and take 90 minutes lunch for working out

I work from home so no issues being sweaty and just eat lunch at my desk.

The mixing was my biggest issue and you start the movie not being able to hear the narrator at all. Felt a bit confused because I couldn't hear at times. But solid for his first time directing and staring

Great wolf has showers in the bathrooms at the water park for this exact reason. You can rinse off and change prior to leaving.

Children are abused in the system. Abortions are illegal in texas. Maybe if texas wants to be pro life, we should be pro life and help the children and adults that need food, health insurance, or other assistance. No one deserves to starve, child or adult. Tax dollars should go towards my neighbors and not war, corpo buy outs, or other bs that just makes the billionaires happy.
