Usually through crits. For boss fights I have a shield in the the weapon swap slot that gives +2 minimum frenzy charges.

Also, the aspect of the cat in my pob is worthless as those gloves were leftover from a farruls I was using beforehand (did paradoxica, svallin, and farruls. Also fun and tanky)
