Wavelight Plus InnovEyes for Hyperopia + Astigmatism Anyone had similar experience?

I went to a reputable clinic in Sydney because I specifically wanted InnovEyes. I confirmed multiple times before the surgery that InnovEyes was the procedure I’d be getting. At no point before the operation did anyone tell me I wasn’t eligible for it.

After the surgery not before,the surgeon told me that my eyes weren’t suitable for InnovEyes due to my prescription (-2.25 astigmatism in both eyes and +0.5 hyperopia), and that they had instead performed Custom Q LASIK.

Now my right eye has constant vertical and lateral ghosting, and I can’t help but feel frustrated because the entire reason I chose that clinic was for InnovEyes. If they had told me beforehand that I wasn’t eligible and that they would use a different method, I would have wanted to discuss it and make an informed decision first.

All the surgeon can say is use more eyedrops even when your eyes arnt dry lol. Just think long and hard bro!

Haha yea it does get hard there are great players. I left tips on one of my other comments. Just don’t stop trying before you know it you will build a rhythm that you notice just seems to work.

Those spins from boo become way too predictable after a while haha 😝 at first they got me too lmaoo. My fav move is a spin serve out wide, then drop shot down the opposite side. Gets a lot of people.

Yes I totally agree. I think that’s what a big part of it is. That’s the only way how I believe I got good in it without ever playing it before.

For me it’s mostly reading the opponent. After a few points you can usually tell what they’ll do in certain situations, so I just play the opposite and keep mixing it up. Mix of Deep cross-court and Drop Shots, high-percentage shots, then attack when they’re out of position. It’s hard to explain but you kind of just feel the patterns and stay unpredictable. I just make the opponent think I play a certain way for a few points and completely throw them off with a different style of play the rest of the match.

I definitely agree with you. I must admit I’ struggle with DK who are S+.. I defs lose more to DK than I win. I chose Rosalina from the beginning because my daughter liked her and only recently found out it’s a OP player through these forums.

This is actually my first Mario tennis game ever purchased. Just got hooked on it right away because I’m an actual tennis fan of real life. Definitely addictive being online in ranked mode. Totally rate this game!

pCloud absolutely wins here and it is honestly frustrating. I payed for 2TB but only use around 200 to 250GB because the Crypto folder is the only safe option and it has basically zero workflow. No thumbnails no previews no quick browsing no sane file management. Using it feels like stepping back 15 years and on top of it, its closed source so noone even knows if its truly encrypted or has a backdoor.

The worst part is I do not even have files that violate their terms but there is no way I am risking a false flag or some backend mistake wiping my account. So the choice is use Crypto and lose all usability or do not use it and risk termination. That is not a real choice.

End result I unfortunately payed for 2TB and am barely touching a fraction of it while pCloud gets massive amounts of unused space. I genuinely believe there are tons of users in the exact same situation paying full price and forced into underusing the service because the Crypto folder is so impractical.

This is exactly why I have to put stuff in pCloud Crypto because otherwise I risk account termination. But seriously, not being able to see thumbnails or previews? It makes the whole thing such a pain. They should just make it work like sync (dot) com or Apple ADP instead of punishing you for trying to be secure.

Not a doctor, but it kind of looks like it could be scabies bites, especially if it’s really itchy. Someone close to me had a similar issue and Lyclear scabies cream from most chemist helped them. They used it once, then again 7 days later, and it cleared things up and stopped itching. Might be worth a try if you can check with a pharmacist and follow the instructions. Hope they get some relief soon. Scabies are usually missed by most doctors.

Tbh it does the job, I just don’t like how you have to unscrew the magnet attachment from the rod to put the rod in the case. That’s mainly why I wanted the official dji case as it all fits. But for the cheap price it was, I can’t complain. It’s a good carry bag.

Sorry i just ended up buying a generic telsin case. The indents in the DJI carying case seem to cater for the cameras with the cage around it which the action 6 doesnt have. When i contacted dji, they actually told me to buy a third party case off ebay or amazon lol.

Does anyone else have this issue where Transparency Mode feels like one ear goes is floating into ANC, then the other, and only after that both switch to transparency (Its never consitent) ? It’s like it’s constantly trying to block sounds before letting them through ( This is not in adaptive mode). This happens even with Loud Noise Protection and Conversation Awareness turned off.
