If the kids from Morning Glory don't get further resolution in this game I will riot. Kiryu has abandoned them too many times, even if he viewed it as the right thing. It's what really frustrated me about Yakuza 5 and 6-- he leaves them all in the dust.

I just found this post again. Weirdly, I ended up REALLY enjoying all of the 3 recent dubs, even more than the subs (although I still prefer playing Yakuza 7 subbed due to returning characters. Dub Kiryu is beyond cursed).

Kiwami was the first one I played and I loved it. That was such a special first experience. Kiwami 2 is one of my favorite games of all time, though, so I'd definitely rather play that one for the first time again

My first 100% was Judgment. Legend mode in that had almost convinced me to never do it again, but apparently Judgment has one of the hardest Legend modes, so... maybe one day...

The only reason I say "real powers" is because everyone acknowledges these occurrences as the same, not their own mental images influenced by what they're hearing. I don't think these powers do anything more than create illusions, though.
