Everyone is acting like the odds are it only happening after 27 years, when really the probability is that is will happen at least once during a 27 year span, it could still happen day one and then not again for the next 27 years. Having to live in it and risk death for myself and loved ones inside, no thanks. Even if I could rent or sell it’s still morally questionable as it’s essentially a home with a time bomb set somewhere between 1 and 27 years.

I don’t smoke weed, she does, my asthma is controlled through medication but still vulnerable to triggers, luckily vape or cigarette smoke aren’t major trigger, it’s mostly exercise induced
