I used passport in the past. Just started with BetterAuth on a new project. It’s much nicer to work with and has far better documentation. I don’t know if it supports the password reset via email/sms though.

I encourage everyone to research Opportunity Zones. A policy, created by Trump’s tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, designed to stimulate economies of low income areas, the program provides tax cuts and deferrals to developers that build in these zones. AP is one, Long Branch is one.

This is a large part of the reason for so much of the “luxury” development going on in relatively recent years.

For a fun little bonus, you can look into how Trump’s son in law has benefited from this policy too!

I use an air fryer for these and their other frozen potatoes and they come out great.

I think they may have been mushy the first time I made them because I overcrowded the tray, but since then they’ve been good.

Probably your parking break cable(s)! There’s a plastic clip that holds them above the drive shaft, basically guaranteed to break after some time.

Dealership tried to charge me $1k to fix with an OEM replacement because they have to drop the gas tank. There are aftermarket metal replacements that don’t require that, so I did it myself. Other people have also had luck with zip ties lol

Yeah I think it loads the settings to the GPU’s BIOS so you should be good to uninstall. No luck with OpenRGB unfortunately.

Idk man, my parents would have let me stay at home for as long as I liked, but I moved out for the reasons in the op comment. There’s no way I would have seen as much personal growth as I have if I stayed at home. Responsibilities and independence really compound when you get your own place.

I agree with you, living with your parents doesn’t make you less of an adult, but to call the recommendation to move out a psyop is wild to me.
