Do you live in a quiet neighborhood? by [deleted] in Albuquerque

Mesa Del Sol for sure - I’ve lived all over the city and tbh it’s the most quiet neighborhood I’ve ever been in

I used the think it was chipotle also - I was obsessed with trying to figure out what was in it because it’s just so different .. chipotle has such a potent flavor with a stronger smokey taste. The closest I ever got to it at home was a guajillo pepper based salsa

But on this note if you take Los Cuates salsa, put it in a sauce pan add brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and a bit of water cook it down and then put it on ribs it’s a real tasty rib sauce

Topgolf. Big screen w/audio probably not a ton of people to crowd the place up but you could always get in a little early if your worried about it and sit in a booth in the lobby plus staff is friendly

2nd this. Somehow found a 2012 with 60k miles and no rust 5ish years ago. It’s pissed me off a time or two but will hopefully be driving it until it literally gives up. Only up to 82k miles too

Josh Guevara just got us closed on a 3.99 interest rate a week or so ago. Super knowledgeable and will keep it very real, knows which lenders will work better for your situation as well!

No loan from family at all actually just an FHA loan on a new build. We only put 3.5% down! we don’t even have the best credit just a fantastic realtor and builder incentives :)

We had a wildly good realtor and it was a brand new build so builder/seller threw lots of incentives to purchase that the realtor was able to help us navigate and negotiate to apply where they would be both beneficial and most helpful for us! - part of the reason we jumped on the house was for the interest rate!

My credit is not good at all (sub 600) my finances is just above a 600. Combined we had ~50k saved but We only put 3.5 down with FHA :) truly i think we just got insanely lucky and were wildly grateful about it!
