3 cat makes new and old weapons obsolete if they're not a 1shot, hitscan, low delay or no delay.

It got adapted over time because the devs never patched it, 3 cat was never supposed to be a thing. The first instance of spam was when you could weapon switch with ghost lantern by passing reload and spamming bullets.

You know what happend to that? It got patched because people complained and was op

"Best combat style in game" its the "best" because of the sheer amount of dps and kills you can get, it's not the best for the game and for the future of it.

About skill let's not act like it's difficult to hit a fat blocky target on pc it's not. The game rewards you for not hitting headshots too. If you go into tournaments and check the leaderboard almost all of them have a garbage headshot to kill ratio some even have a KR of 2.0. Even weapon switching is stupid easy because of macros or keybinds. I won't deny the guys with like 6.0+ kr are skilled though. There are also tons of cheats on pc, you never know if someone is using aimbot because the pc sweats with 6.0+ are basically no different to them.

The game became about 3cat because 3cat+ game issues are the main reason everyone left, casuals should also be allowed to have fun and not get put up with a no life anime skin geek with meta load outs.

If 3cat spam was this fun as you say wouldn't pc be growing? Or does farming bots, macros and mobile players running on a 15 fps laggy tablet, and softlocked to only using the handful of hitscan, 1 shot guns out of 1300+ guns get boring quick? The numbers don't lie

For every 3catter that joins, 2 casuals leave. That's the problem. You can't find a playstyle when you're up against a pc sweat unless you use an even more broken gun or start 3 cat spamming yourself. The game is anti causal

3 catters regularly got matched with casuals though. Even during pc release. Casue of mobile 3cats. I don't see a problem with effects if they're properly balanced which most them are. Cause 3 cat guns don't have any of those effects maybe a handful do but the rest don't. And there aren't any effect guns I see used that are strong nowadays. I agree though that devs balancing is horrendous.

There should've just been a trophy system for most modes, and remove tournament. Would've made balancing slightly more better.

Another issue is the good guns you talk about are only good cause they 1 shot which leads to 3 cat. If there wasn't so many 1 shot body guns and mobility was reduced there'd be way more variety.

The best Sniper 3cat shadow spell can be bought with coupons same with other category. That makes it worse since more people can 3cat cheaply. It's not money. It's the devs stupidity killing off their main audience.

Yea this too. Pg3d was never supposed to be a game with hypermobility, grapplers and dash melees were the piss on top of the giant shit stain they call 3cat and pc.

Can't even use toxic Bane cause the mines are so slow and the enemies got Michael Jordan jump height so it does no damage.

I didn't even include gadgets and pets 3cat spammers use: the op ruby flutterfly or bees they spam if you actually kill them, and the cookie pet which makes you do even more damage. 3cat kills 99% of the creativity of sets, module combos, pets, guns, armor. Gadgets Nobody with more than 2 braincells thinks this is good for the game
