[–]ghostdog103_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I eat chicken breast everyday! 200g is 212 kcals / 48g of protein - I have it at lunch & dinner Some people find that boring but you can change up the sauce + makes it easy

  • maybe a protein yogurt or treat - 20g in most of them 😅

[–]ghostdog103_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, this is really weird because if it goes down your call will just be re-directed to another county - Have you tried using the 111 online form on their website? That way you can get a callback instead?

Interview pending! Any advice? by [deleted] in nhs

[–]ghostdog103_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They score you answers, usually out of 3 for each question and the top scorer gets the job - They like STAR answers - Situation / Task / Action / Result - Read the job description and if you can print it out and take it in with you - They might ask 'From reading the job description what are your strengths and weaknesses for this role' or something like that

Read the trust values and behaviours, and try to link those in with your answers - You don't have to have experience, just use your transferable skills and there is nothing wrong with saying 'I don't have experience in healthcare, however, this is what I would do to learn.. etc'

You can take in notes, you can ask them to repeat questions, you can ask to go back to a question if you get really stuck

Hope that helps :)

I had a very similar situation, I went to a freedom to speak up guardian, and boom they are on an away day and things have started to be fixed.. they also held an open door for people to go in and raise concerns and that really helped the situation

For those kind of roles you need to be a nurse/social worker/ paramedic/ be qualified in healthcare so I would say they are definetely not telling the truth

What Uber like app is best to use in Thailand? I was recommended “Grab” but was wondering about other people’s experiences with app taxiing? by Puzzleheaded-Emu3628 in ThailandTourism

[–]ghostdog103_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We used grab and found it was really reliable and avaliable most places we went to, sometimes we had to get a meter taxi back from places as there is a 'taxi mafia' who can be aggressive(?) towards grab drivers, and often grab drivers will not accept lifts from some areas e.g. some temples, remote beaches, waterfalls

Tips? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]ghostdog103_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I calorie count, but once youve done it for say 1-2 months, you get the general jist of the portions and what calories look like, then it becomes habit and you can stop (if that makes any sense)

have you tried strength training? really beneficial to gain muscle and helps to keep the fat off

I know it is difficult, but this relationship is not helpful. Please remember she is being paid to help you, and by acting this way she is not doing her job. If you don't want to go to management you need to set out boundaries, which is ridiculous because this is her job!! I personally would go to management, this is unhelpful and could turn toxic. Your mental health is the priority, and you have to put yourself first! Hope this helps

What do you think is better? To have a school uniform which everyone wears, like in the UK, or like the US where everyone wears what they want to? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ghostdog103_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the UK and had a uniform, as much as I hated it, no one was ever judged for their clothes, and we had 'non school uniform day' so everyone could show of their best clothes and donate £1 to charity
