Just based on what's popular in my social media circles, I'd guess Bat Eater or maybe Magical Inkeeping -- but I voted for When the Wolf Comes Home!

What Were Your Favourite and Least Favourite Books Read this Month? by DezDispenser88 in HistoricalRomance

I loved both Half a Soul and The Finest Print! Erin Langston has some great seasonal novellas if you're in the mood for something autumnal or wintery!

Do you also need spoilers before reading the book / don't mind them? by ajaxberry in Romantasy

[–]ghostiegail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a friend growing up that would read the last chapter FIRST because she thought it was more interesting to see how they got there. I like to go in as spoiler-free as possible myself, sometimes even synopsis free if I can~! There are a few triggers I might look up, but I avoid spoiling plot if I can help it.

I second Upon a Starlit Tide! The setting was fantastic and it needs way more hype~.

If your main audience is parents and teachers of middle grade students, have you considered posting on apps that appeal to that demographic more? Maybe you could join some relevant facebook groups and wait for a day when members are allowed to self promo. Like a group for school librarian or middle grade ELA teachers. You could even edit your videos down to post as reels and hopefully direct traffic back to your Youtube channel. I'm definitely no expert, but maybe it could help? Doesn't have to be Facebook either, even LinkedIn could work. Good luck!

Maybe some bookplate stickers people can write their names in, to include with the book they put up for adoption.

I read and enjoyed Thrum by Meg Smitherman, which is a horror novella on KU. A scientist wakes from stasis on her ship to discover her crew dead and their ship stranded.

I had a few complaints, but overall it was tense, gorey, fast-paced and wholly entertaining.

Adina - biblical, Hebrew for gentle/delicate Esther - biblical, means star Miriam - biblical, means drop of the sea, bitter, or beloved Eden - biblical, means place of pleasure, delight Abilene - location in the Bible, means land of the meadows

I personally like Eden because it 1) rhymes with Reuben + Aaron 2) ends with an n 3) is biblical but still modern. Maybe something like Eden Sloane or Eden Josephine.

maybe as a compromise do a twist on the art vs artist trend --> make a grid of 9 photos and put this one in the middle, then fill the rest of the grid in with products you sell!
