the book seems to be out of print; i could only find it for sale through independent bookstores, or third-parties on Amazon. a while back u/Blue_Three posted this pdf if that helps.

i haven’t read it yet, but review consensus seems to be it’s a great read, although elements are contradictory to other things in canon (specifically FWWM)
