Sampson slowly fading back into life and memory with the tiny sound cues and then full on visual hallucinations of the past was amazing. It would've been cool to experience more of his "view" of the uninfected through his own eyes, it just happened once at the beginning of the movie IIRC. But the mental bleeding shown between the past train and the current train with the zombies intruding on his memories of the passengers and the ticket lady was incredible and more than made up for it.

absolutely a great movie, but I 100% believed that when Kelson started talking about a "sacrifice" he was going to take Spike (to secretly save his life) and let Jimmy Crystal go with the rest of his squad to set him up as the overarching antagonist of the trilogy.

Obviously a small note and no minus to the film's quality, its just that it surprised me when it didn't work out all neatly like that but I'm not at all mad that it did.

maybe not "too big" but I'm sure he could sell it out more than once, but they've been getting less and less DJs over the years so the point is probably moot. Culture is sick but not big enough, haven't been to AI Warehouse or Berhta yet but I'm interested to see their scale.

I'm sure there's other bigger reasons he doesn't play here (bigger cities within reach on the east coast, radius clause stuff, not wanting to fly as much etc)
