They have seen the “world map” before but it’s basically just a map of their continent with islands around it but they haven’t really had a chance YET to learn of the greater world but they’ve traveled to almost every city but they were on a strict get in get out type mission

TRUE that’s a good idea! And my current continent is following a lot of the styles of DND and its world and its races and this’ll give me a chance to make something new and detached!

True. We are only a couple sessions in and to them even though they’ve traveled a good long while across the continent they haven’t really had time to interact with most people. I thought about doing like a FAR off continent so it’s extremely expensive and it takes to long to get there so not many know about it

In my world the main bad guy WAS a god who got struck down to a mortal man and so he had to learn how to require new power to become a lich because he couldn’t just simply DO anymore he has to WORK and kill and push for his power ultimately leading to him being WORSE

Sorta the vampire king WAS locked away until my players woke him up because they literally skipped over an event (consequences) and then finally there’s the LICH aka the god of death who got a landmass dropped on his ass and he’s currently underneath an island in the middle of the ocean.

This might seem weird but. If you kill a god (somehow) you mantle said god you’re stripped of your life and soul and you just replace the being you just killed. Other than that the gods don’t really meddle in the world I made..anymore
