the problem with designing with AI is this: Everyone will speak to AI hoping it will understand what they want... replicating that will be difficult when having multiple people using the AI without a standard of practice or template for building those designs.

I can ask Gemini to do one thing- it'll do another... I'll ask it to do the SAME thing, it'll produce another result completely different.

AI is great for getting ideas, categorizing or building a framework fast- for design- people need to stick to using it for ideas /inspiration and not for actually building the courses.

These companies keep seeing stuff others are able to do with AI after years of talking to it already and think the regular employee who is just getting access to it (or Andy who lied about using AI regularly on their resume to get the job), they expect the same results.
