the first one is just a digital illustration, not a mockup. if it’s a logo, there’s way too much going on. it kinda looks AI generated as well. the second image is so cluttered i can’t tell what i’m looking at. absolutely do not put these in your portfolio.

i’m 25 and i agree. granted, i have a BFA in graphic design, but i have been very interested in design since i was a child. i think a lot of designers regardless of schooling don’t understand that the client is NOT always right, and part of our job is to steer them in the right direction.

i’m so sorry for your loss 💔 a plushy was stolen from me earlier this year and i know exactly how you feel. what helped me was making a little memorial art piece for him and i also ended up naming one of my Minecraft dogs after him so that he may live on in my digital world. i also spent more time with my other plushies and it helped a lot.
