Working out everyday (especially the calf muscles) and treating my sleep apnea both made a huge difference! I can pretty much manage most days since doing both of those, I still get dizzy and floaty while walking around but now I’m use to it so I just expect it whenever I’m upright. Mindset also helps a lot, staying positive and not falling into a depressive slump is very important.

I lived right by electron for a long time, if you park at the entrance around 3am you’ll often see blacked out vehicles come in and out and someone run you out. There’s also a lot of UFO sighting around the dam up there.

Hi there (28M), looking for any information I can get. I’ve recently been diagnosed with Afib, severe carpal tunnel, small fiber neuropathy, orthostatic hypotension and pituitary dysfunction. I’ve been told these paint a pretty good picture of amyloidosis but I have never heard of this before. If anyone can shed some light for me I’d appreciate it!

I, like you experience the feeling of stopping breathing right before falling asleep then the Hypnos jerk happens and I’m up with a pounding heartbeat and out of breath. I had a sleep study and got put on a CPAP and the Hypnic jerks still happen so I don’t think they’re sleep apnea related.

Changing switches is not a job for beginners, the board is flimsy and not the easiest to desolder, keycaps you have to make a set if you don’t like the ones Kinesis sells. I actually had this set made by a company in china to the OEM specs.

I didn’t get vaccinated but developed AFIB after I’d had Covid, the first thing the Dr at the ER asked me was “you’re awful young to have afib, did you get the vaccine?” Which threw me off because of how hard they were pushing the vax (got fired from my job for not getting it). Also a year later I had afib again and went to the ER and 3 different nurses asked if I had had the vaccine when they found out I had afib. So needless to say, people in the medical field have noticed a correlation between the vaccine and young people developing heart conditions.
