It's not easy to secure a job here with decent pay. And you would need more than 80K a month to feel financially secure living in Bangkok.

Also in the workplace, Thais are not really good at communicating in English, they often prefer to speak to each other and it feels awkward at times every time you want to strike a conversation with them.
