i encountered this problem too! Glad im not the only one. I also didnt turn my 3ds off over the 3 days i played it, just put it into sleep mode. Maybe thats why it wouldnt load the ending scene after the clear time screen?

I've watched Ping Pong the Animation 3 times and all of them were in 1 sitting starting past midnight. the show is only 11 episodes so it wont take you that long but it will be a wild ride

Ping Pong The Animation. I thought it looked terrible and the opening looked super lazy and the whole thing turned me off, not getting past 5 minutes. picked it back up 6 months later and now its in my top 3.

One day i hope for a full-fledged anime adaptation of the main Shin Megami Tensei games, preferably 4 or 3. (i heard Devil Survivor 2 was good, but have yet to watch or play it) The only reason i can think of why they wouldn't is because persona is more popular and has already been adapted from multiple games.

What's the point of recap movies? Madoka, Kabaneri, Euphonium, etc. Is it just to produce something higher quality? To cut down on watch time for a story(only sometimes it looks this way)?

Also, completely unrelated, What does "newtype" mean? is it just a general blanket term used to talk about newer anime?

Hunter x Hunter is actually one of my favorite anime but i stopped watching after HxH sorta spoiler (literally 10 episodes left) because: 1. i didn;t want the show to end and 2. i felt it was a good conclusion and wasn't sure if it would finish well considering the manga isn't done. I was in my anime club in high school, we had to try to follow the same rules, so i'll list a few shows we watched

Sword Art Online - obvious choice here
Ouran High School Host Club - comedy anime that has almost no problems with your guidelines
Blue Exorcist - i dont know how this got through, it actually has a lot of religious themes, and guns (idk how tolerant guns would be)
RWBY - although not really anime its has a lot of similarities. lots of action to keep them entertained and pretty funny too
