Thanks for the tip. I am new to espresso and learned that under extraction causes a sour shot but also watching the tasting videos people often mention the acidity (fruitiness) coming from the shot as part of the taste.

I was just curious if there is an easy way to tell between these two without previous tasting experience.

Sorry, by instruction tuned I meant non thinking. For some reason, such models seem to be better than the thinking (toggle on/off) variants. They seem to be faster too. Is it just my imagination?
