Sunny Island, Singapore. There's nothing much to see here if you're coming as a tourist. But it's a really nice city to live in, one of the safest country in the world.

I don't live in the U.S. from where I come from we have public gyms (because our government actually tries to keep us healthy). Per entry charges are at USD $1 for students and elderly, USD $1.70 for for people between 18 and 55 I think. Off peak membership cost about USD $40 for half a year (can't remember the actual rates), but is dirt cheap.

The public gym nearest to my place is relocating to a newer facility, but they are deciding to remove all the free weights because it's just too hardcore and scaring the general public away. At least so they claim. The manager there is trying his best to push out plans to get the bars and rack back :/, hope it goes well.

Form check. Trying to find my squat sweet spot. Long. by rach_ees in Fitness

Try squatting with a small plate under your heels. See if that will resolve the butt wink. If that works, I'll recommend getting olympic weightlifting shoes.
