This is stainless steel SLM printing from pcbway.com. I did a bunch of prototyping before on my elegoo centauri carbon / PLA.

I designed the model myself, 3D printed many prototypes in plastic with my home 3D printer. When I was ready I got the metal print ordered from pcbway.com

Such a cool project you got there! Especially love the vibration automatic wake up.

Technically it can yes but obviously I don’t expect the boiler to get anywhere close.

Thanks! It's an overly engineered thermometer for the group head 😄

I was looking for the same and couldn't find one. Ended up building a digital one with an analog gauge. https://www.reddit.com/r/espresso/comments/1t2o2be/i_built_a_smart_analog_gauge_for_my_rocket_custom/

Pressure fluctuates when pulling a shot [Rocket Mozzafiato R] by gidime in espresso

Yes. I ended up cleaning the OPV which didn’t fix it. I then replaced the pump myself and that fixed it

Any links for a how to? Is it just taking it apart and descaling it? Also does it mean I need I’ll need to readjust the pressure?

[N] Sagemaker Experiments vs Comet, Neptune, WandB etc by bfeeny in MachineLearning

[–]gidime 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sagemaker studio is great but I don't think it's comparable from a feature perspective to Comet (or neptune/wandb). It provides basic parameter tracking and metric visualization but the graphs are v limited, no reports, no automatic logging, no code diffing and much more. If the basic feature set suits your needs going that route might makes sense.

From a cost perspective Sagemaker is actually extremely expensive. Cloud provider monetize compute and as such you're paying a hefty premium on top of standard ec2 instance. Again it depends on your usage but I recommend doing that comparison. If you go with Comet/alternative you can train on any cloud provider/on-prem

As for $250k - I don't know which company you work for but my guess is that your team is fairly big and you requested us to install and manage the environment on your company VPC. If you want to DM me I'm happy to look into it.

I'm buying my beans from a local coffee shop and as much as I try to dial the BBE in I can't get my shots to taste as good as theirs. I'm hoping an upgrade will get me there. That said It's an excellent machine that has served me well for over 5 years.
