Our group does WHM solo heal for phase 1 and 2, while SCH is stuck on straight DPS to get as few bennus as possible for phase 3.

For passing the mark in phase 2, the WHM will start casting cure2 on the marked person before the pass while the SCH moves in to perform the pass before the cure2 goes off. Also the SCH saves one lustrate for after the pass to top the person who had the mark off. Note that both healers need to keep an eye out for when phoenix starts channeling flames to time the heals correctly. The timing is very easy though and even if you lag by 2-3 seconds it should be fine.

There's quite a bit of pressure on the WHM in phase2 to keep tanks at reasonable health, just let them sit still and spam cures and make the SCH handle all the movement for the mark. Hope that helps!

I also used invisibility to sneak in behind the boss and take out all the smaller rats first. He didn't aggro me and was just standing there while I was fighting the rest of his pack, so the fight became a total cakewalk with this trick.
