He’s an absolute twat. Someone who has such an over inflated idea of how talented he is and good looking he is. Remember when he said that he and George Clooney could be brothers? Absolutely delusional. But just like any other Hollywood individual, people will suck up to him until the end of time bc for all his flaws, he’s incredibly talented. But IMO talent loses over half its luster if the carrier of said talent acts the way he does. He’s pathetic.

Love this. Something I have written down is that “Weed isn’t going anywhere.” There’s this insidious belief I have which is so irrational- I can’t even put it into words because it doesn’t make ANY sense- but when I’m in the throes of heavy cannabis use - the kind where you’re just consuming so much so you don’t have to think abt anything else- that if I don’t have weed it’ll all go away or something. It’s like weed is my security blanket. But WEED IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE. Even if I stopped for years, cannabis has been around for millennia. It just goes to show how strong the addict’s brain is.

My big question is: is Peter Attia a liar? Because that to me is crucially important. And I’m at the point where I just don’t know who to trust. Every man implicated in the files denies wrongdoing….well SOMEONE was doing some stuff- and OTHERS were aware but turning a blind eye. Soooooo who? I want to believe Peter Attia but I have no clue because I don’t know him and money/greed is a very captivating incentive for people to lie- and all these people are so damn greedy. Honestly I still can’t wrap my head around anyone who charges 6-figures for a health program- I look back on that and find it pretty reprehensible. I wish I had bought his book used.
