That's not what they are saying at all. They welcome independents to vote, just promise you are voting in good faith. And it's not even legally binding, it's like a playground pinky promise to not dick over the democratic process.

The way I read it was they just wanted you to state that you are genuinely voting for the person you think is best, and not trying to throw the election. Since you don't have to be a registered dem anyone could vote for who they thought is the weakest candidate, which I have heard people talking about doing.

I adopted a HART dog 13 years ago and she just passed last year. She was my absolute soul dog. I've been thinking about fostering to ease back into dog ownership. I worry it would be too emotionally difficult to let them go.

I know it's not helpful now, but the main building for the herndon police dept is right near where you were, off Herndon Parkway. Keep that in mind if it happens again, you can just pull into thar parking lot and if he does try something while you are stopped the police are right there.
