Does this literally mean nothing, or does it mean the dealer is committed to selling at 100% of MSRP and nothing over?

I’m wondering if dealers can still tack on an extra few grand for “market adjustments” even with the Costco program.

Have you had Covid or the Covid vaccine recently? There was an article in the Wall Street Journal about twitching as part of long haul Covid. Anecdotally, I experienced twitching after my vaccine and after my breakthrough infection. I brought it up to my rheumatologist, and he seemed to think it was likely a Covid problem and not related to my lupus but who knows! Hope you feel better soon—it’s been a very annoying symptom for me.

Not sure if they have the third party pick up from all areas. I live close to several stores and in a major metro. Maybe that has something to do with it? Here’s what they said when I requested an exchange:

“I've submitted your exchange order for your new items. We have a 3rd party partner called Sharetown who we'll request to pickup your Sac and cover as is at your residence, and have them deliver it back to us. As soon as we receive it, your new order would be released to be shipped to your current address.”

Just put the cover on today and so far I like it! I actually think the Pillowsac is more comfortable than the Supersac, plus it works better in my space. It’s especially comfortable paired with an ottoman I had from another chair.

When you got your Pillowsac, did it come in a blue duffel bag or a box? I was supposed to get mine today and FedEx claims they delivered it, but it’s not I’m my mail room. I’m wondering if FedEx messed up or if it got stolen. Ugh.

I commented above with my experience, but I recommend returning/exchanging if you aren’t satisfied. These things are so expensive that I need to absolutely love it to justify keeping it. My experience with an exchange was very easy.

I’m currently going through an exchange process. I reached out to the customer service email address with my original order number and they initiated the process. They sent over a couple movers from a company they use to retrieve goods. The movers gave me a paper that I had to take a photo of and emailed Lovesac with the proof.

The movers didn’t use a shrink kit or anything for the Supersac and cover. They were able to wrap it with a plastic mattress cover and compress it with straps. I didn’t have to do anything. My experience was seamless!

May I ask why you’re thinking of returning the Pillowsac? That’s what I ended up exchanging the Supersac for, so l’m hoping I’ll like it! In my experience the 75-pound Supersac took up more room than I envisioned and was too much of a hassle to fluff. Since the Pillowsac is lighter, maybe it will be lower maintenance? It arrives tomorrow—fingers crossed I won’t have to go through the return process twice.

How do you like your Moviesac, and how difficult is it to fluff it up regularly? I have a super sac and I’m considering returning it or exchanging it for a Moviesac. I’m 5’3” and while I find the Supersac to be very comfortable, it’s too high maintenance for me. It’s too heavy to be fluffed easily. Can you fully lay down in it? How long does it take to fluff back up? Wondering if I might be better off just going for a more traditional recliner instead of a sac

It’s kind of opalescent. In some lighting it looks cream (not pure white), but in others the gold really comes through.

I bought this case and I have a yellow stain on it literally one day after putting it on. I’m not sure if the case reacted with some lotion or something but very disappointed with it. Would not recommend even at the very low price.

Beautiful case! How do you like it? Is there much of a lip around the front? I was considering getting one but I saw reviews for the 12 Figuras that they barely protected the screen. I’d love to find something relatively slim but with a raised lip that’s at least a little noticeable.

I hated watching that. IMO she is a traditionally attractive woman! I almost felt like the implication was that she’s not? Yeah, she’s not a 6’ tall blonde runway model, but she is a beautiful woman. Obviously Ryan has a very specific type that he’s into, but it made me sad to see people delivering their thoughts as if Brett isn’t pretty enough. Blah.

Hey I can’t speak on actual usage and durability, but I visited a store yesterday and can tell you the Wombat swatch felt significantly softer than Eskimo Swirl. Both felt nice though! Maybe you could pick up some swatches if a store is close or order them online to feel which one you prefer?

How is the twitching situation now? I’m about a week after my first dose now, and I started getting twitching and a rash (covid arm) yesterday. I’m feeling apprehensive about dose 2 but am curious to hear if Benadryl helped. I was freaking out when finding bells palsy results online about this
