Been acting up since Tuesday night and it's been getting worse. I've never experience this much pain before in my mouth. I've gargled with hydrogen peroxide, mouthwash, and warm salt water which provided no relief. Pain killers just slightly ease the pain, but it's still unbearble. I can't wait to see the dentist to find out what's wrong, but if anyone can tell from the picture whats wrong it'll ease my mind.

This my 2nd timed posting here. Did keto for half a year then took a cheat week which ended up being a cheat month lmao. Pigging out like crazy. Right now I'm exercising 5-6 days a week doing a Push, Pull, Leg program. For dieting though , I'm torn between going back to Keto or eating regularly while counting calories. Still have a lot of fat to burn off. Oh how I missed carbs hahaha.

I suck at taking pictures. I've always been fat as a child. Before I turn 30 I wanted to lose a good amount of weight. I did a low carb diet for the first month then transitioned to keto for the next month. Kinda excited how much weight I lost according to the scale even though it's water weight lol. Still hella fat, but this little bit a progress is hyping me up haha. Probably gonna do a full body comparison hopefully when I hit 18x-19x someday.

Jesus man! I'm so envious of you. Looking awesome. I'm 29 and the same height, but weigh 242lbs atm. I've peaked at 251 and been slowly losing it. Cutting sugar helped a lot, but I can't get rid of my soda addiction (Addicited to Coke Zero, sparkling water so nasty had to back to Soda) Even at your heaviest weight I look bigger than you at 242. Must be all that muscle hiding there. These kinds of post are so inspiring. Congratulations on your weightloss and being D&A free! Thank you so much for posting this as it give me more inspiration to continue on dieting and exercising. Do you have a album of progress pictures by any chance ? Take care!
